Knowledge Base Addon

Configuration

There are only a few global settings for the knowledge base addon. These settings are available in the Sitefinity backend if you follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Sitefinity backend and under the Administration menu select Settings
2. Click Advanced
3. Scroll down and select PortalConnectorMvcKnowledgeBase

 

Widgets

• Knowledge Base Article Widget - Allows you to display list of knowledge base articles. This widget also allow to display details of an individual knowledge base article.
• Knowledge Base Search Widget - Provides search capabilities for searching through knowledge base articles.
